We are delighted to be back at work serving our customers in line with new guidelines on safe working practices from the Government. You can read exactly what we are doing here.
We are taking all reasonable measures but also understand that some of our customers might want to delay their appointment for a few months this year and, of course, this is absolutely fine.
We expect to be very busy playing catch and, with the new enhanced protection measures we have fewer slots available than usual so please do get in touch as soon as possible to get an appointment slot in the diary.

All messages and calls received are tracked and we will always get back to you within 24 hours but often much much faster than that.
Once you have made a booking we will email a confirmation and you will get a text message and email reminder in the run up to the appointment.
On the day of visit itself great care is taken to protect your home and possessions. We are Trading Standards ‘Buy with Confidence‘ approved and also DBS checked for your peace of mind, we will treat your home with the care and respect that you do. This extends to Landlord Safety Checks and Homebuyer pre/post purchase reports to give documented evidence of an installations safety, or not.
